Our student consultants were tasked with building supply chain resilience for a biofuels supplier in the wake of potential supply shocks. The project involved:

• exploring local and international feedstock supply markets;

• translating national current and proposed regulation into meaningful insights for industry stakeholders;

• projecting market dynamics and recommending strategic investment avenues.
