M&A Due Diligence for a Multi-National Commercial Cleaning Service


This project required our student consultants to explore strategic M&A growth opportunities for a commercial cleaning client, incorporating the clients long-term objectives in throughout. The key dimensions of the project were:

  • understanding the client’s long-term goals and how an M&A fit into their strategic objectives;

  • exploring possible sectors with markets, customers, technologies and opportunities aligned with our clients capabilities;

  • recommending a selection of markets and target acquisitions to further explore.
